Hi. I'm having a weird problem with GHC. I modified my Haskell file, but runhaskell seems to be running the old code, somehow. It shows me old code when reporting type errors.

marrenarre: That's odd

marrenarre: Are you sure you're in the correct directory and editing the correct file? And changes are actually being saved?

marrenarre: Are you sure? Maybe make sure that there aren't .o or .hi files hanging around, but usually those will be determined to be out of date if there are more recent changes to the file.

Cale: There are no such files. Seems to me they are not generated when using the interpreter.

kadoban: I was just going to show you an example, but it works now. It seems to happen every time I change something, though.

And then GHC "catches up" after some time.

How are you invoking runhaskell?
